All products sold by Velocity Customs are intended for use in FiveM servers only. Redistribution, resale, or reuploading of any purchased product is strictly prohibited.

Permitted use:

• Use on your personal or community FiveM server
   
• Showcase content such as YouTube videos or livestreams with proper credit (if applicable)
   

Prohibited use:

• Re-uploading or reselling any product
   
• Claiming ownership of Velocity Customs or third-party content
   

Purchases grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product. You do not own the intellectual property and must comply with all licensing terms. This license may be revoked if the terms are violated.

Users agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decrypt, or tamper with protected or encrypted files
   
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in scripts or products.
   
• Engage in fraud, chargebacks, or false product claims.
   

Velocity Customs offers limited support for its in-house products. Support for third-party products is not guaranteed and is provided at our discretion.

We do not guarantee:

• Compatibility with all FiveM server frameworks or third-party dependencies
   
• Continued product updates or long-term support
   
• Performance consistency across different server configurations
   

Velocity Customs reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check for updates regularly.

By using our website or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by all the terms outlined above as well as the Refund & Return Policy.

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for:

• Custom liveries
   
• Any other downloadable content
   

Once your digital order is processed and delivered, you will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of:

• Purchase mistakes
   
• Compatibility issues with your server
   
• Change of mind
   

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

• You were charged more than once for the same product.
   
• You did not receive the item after purchase, and our support confirms non-delivery
   
• You received the wrong item, and support is unable to resolve the issue.e
   

In such cases, you must contact support within 48 hours of purchase with proof of payment and a detailed explanation.

Unauthorized chargebacks will lead to a permanent ban from Velocity Custom and all affiliated communities, along with possible legal action. All transactions are recorded for fraud prevention and dispute resolution.
